Emma kennedy
Emma's practice comes from a blend of Celtic, Norse, Germanic, and Mediterranean ancestral wisdom married to a future oriented perspective and influenced by indigenous philosophies from across the globe. In her world, imagination meets practical action, metaphysics meet emotional intelligence, and principles of reality creation meet ecological awareness.
Emma comes from Edmonton Alberta Canada with a background in cooking, silviculture, and carpentry. She experiences life through an animist paradigm, operating within the context that all things are relational. Her life has been a series of initiations through complex trauma into a deeper understanding of self, collective wounding, and the balance of power.
In 2021 a near death experience catalyzed a profound shift in life direction and awareness of purpose as, after years of being carefully distant and skeptical of spiritual communities and constructs, her own abilities began opening spontaneously.
In 2025 she spent a 3 month pilgrimage to Australia developing herself through 'pattern think' - the practice of absorbing information through contemplation of naturally occurring patterns - and making art with the local first nation peoples.
Art, learning, and communicating with nature are intrinsically linked for her and she has been through an intensive process of expanding and synthesizing those things together into one practice.

Distilled: A personalized colouring page based on the geometry of the solar system at your birth.
Expanded: We are essentially frequencies of light and sound interacting in a void, connected through a cord of imagination and felt experience. This service is intended as a container to get to know yourself in a different way and to deepen the connection to your own unique cosmic design and signature of creation. It's also just fun.
How it works: I create an abstract line drawing from the pattern set by the geometry and elemental proportions of your natal chart - this can be done live or remotely. The artwork is then yours to take home and finish on your own time, or it will be mailed to you. Included, for fun, will be a personalized haiku to speak aloud or contemplate while filling it in. It's encouraged to go slowly and pay neutral attention to any themes or circumstances showing up in your experience and how they may reflect whichever section you're working on.

Distilled: A mixed media portrait designed to help initiate you deeper into your own nature as a multidimensional being.
Expanded: Life initiates us one way or another. It's a natural built in mechanism - a pattern for how the spirit matures and tempers the vessel through experience to be able to contain more of itself. It is not a one time process, it is a kind of gateway experience into any new phase of life or being, and it is not meant to be without challenge. This is why indigenous cultures in every part of the world evolved rituals and structures to facilitate that process. Many of those tribal structures are either forgotten or losing relevance in our modern age where more and more people come from blended backgrounds, living in bodies with different energetic wiring.
This service is not meant to replace anything but to enrich and build off of whatever spiritual and/or cultural traditions are all ready a part of you - remembered or not. It's meant to create a supportive container to add more agency to an experience you are likely already having or about to have, to deepen the connection to the specific codes of ancestral memory in every person's genetics, and connect that memory to the unique skillset of your being - divested from any past familial, cultural, or social patterns and beliefs. This is about the individual, not the community.
How it works: Very simply - I draw you and ask questions focused around your unique human experience.
More deeply - I have a catalytic quality to my energy signature and people are drawn to me, or me to them, when they are reaching some point of significant change. I have taken that natural mechanism and crafted an artistic process around it.
Because of the sensitive nature of this work as well as the amount of focus it requires from me, it must be done gradually in a series of sittings.
